  • Adheres to purchasing policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Carries out warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates product deliveries using knowledge of material work planning and methods engineering processes.
  • Maintains license and insurance records for fleet vehicles.
  • Assists with purchase order fulfillment as delegated.
  • Discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine the source of trouble and take corrective action.
  • Performs data entry and filing paperwork.
  • Maintains inventory and record keeping for tools or equipment, facilitating the issuance of equipment and tracking any tool or equipment transfers or reallocations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or approved by the Purchasing/Fleet Manager or designee.
  • Must have 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must have communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively, both written and verbally, with internal and external customers.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable in SharePoint, Verizon Connect, Fleet Tracker, fleet documents, assessing GPS & groups, Sage & POs, registration, gas cards, and Wex.
