About The Position

" Opportunity Snapshot: Compensation: $35-36/hour Location: Houston, TX Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours Assignment Duration: 12 months+ Benefits: Comprehenisive insurance and 401(k), PTO and holidays Responsibilities Work closely with the fleet services provider to manage the Company's costs regarding vehicle as well as run reports with responsibilities to include (1-3 yrs. of experience): Assist the corporate fleet manager with responsibility for ordering, registrations, transfer, and disposal Advise and instruct company drivers regarding vehicle policies Ensure compliance with standard fleet maintenance procedures Coordinate registration & initial tag and title and tag renewals Review and run reports such as fuel, mileage, and preventative maintenance, etc Assist Fleet Manager and field employees with day to day operations. Maintain and update driver data and vehicle data Coordinate new hires and terminations-MVR, CBT and fuel pin. A publicly traded company they are a leading provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGL's), crude oil, and refined products/petrochemicals.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills
A minimum of 1-3 years experience in administration or fleet management for an oil & gas company
Extensive experience with Microsoft Officeis preferred
Must be a self-starter and able to work both independently and with others in the organization
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization (operations and contractors), both verbally and in writing
High school diploma or GED required
