About The Position

The Flatonia Frac Hand position involves a variety of tasks related to oilfield operations, specifically water transfer. Key responsibilities include handling layflat hose, operating and maintaining pumps and other essential equipment, and managing the loading and unloading of materials. The role requires observing machine operations, adjusting controls to maintain specific conditions, and setting up and servicing pumps and generators at various job locations. Adherence to all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. The individual will also assist in containment or spill cleanups, communicate effectively with co-workers using various devices, and utilize common hand and power tools. Driving trucks and other vehicles for equipment and personnel transport is also a part of the job. Continuous training in OSHA, DOT, and Safety is required. Requirements

Minimum 1 year relevant oilfield experience

Preferably in Water Transfer

Responsibilities

Laying and picking up layflat hose
Running of pumps and other essential equipment
Loading and unloading layflat hose; field materials and equipment onto trailer and trucks
Observe machine operations including gauges; pumps and adjust controls to maintain specific conditions
Setting and servicing pumps of all sizes and generators at job locations
Follow all safety procedures using proper PPE as required per specific job tasks
Assist in containment or spills clean ups as needed
Have good communication skills with other workers using cell phones, radios or signals
Use of common hand and or power tools such as: impact drills, saws, wrenches, and others small tools
Drive trucks and other vehicles to transport equipment; personnel and to perform job task
Attend and complete training as needed for OSHA, DOT, and Safety
