We have moved into our Brand New State of the Art Facility and looking for Experienced Flat-Rate/Flag Mercedes-Benz Service Technicians to work with our Quality Dealership, representing the Quality of the Mercedes-Benz Product! All of our Service Technicians should be passionate about customer service, take pride in their work, an enjoy being part of a winning team that cares about their employees.

Requirements

Minimum 6-months of Flag/Flat-Rate Automotive Technician experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
Excellent customer service skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

Nice To Haves

National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in different specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
