The FlashShip Operations Manager will oversee fulfilment operations of an industry leading quick ship program in a stand-alone facility. The Manager will be responsible for the on-time delivery, inventory management, customer relationships, collaboration with existing FlashShip sites, and efficient operational performance of the FlashShip operation in Hayward, CA. In accordance with company guidelines and expectations, this role will ensure proper training and compliance with safety and quality standards as well as company policies and procedures through team leadership and interactive communication with employees.
