As the Flame & Flavor Artisan, you’ll be the right hand of our head chef, ensuring every plate embodies our commitment to quality and taste. You’ll help lead the kitchen team, master the art of smoking, grilling, and prepping, and contribute your unique touch to our growing menu.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably with BBQ or smoked meats.
Strong knowledge of grilling, smoking, and meat preparation techniques.
Leadership experience in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen.
Creative mindset with a passion for flavor and culinary trends.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

BBQ Mastery: Oversee the smoking, grilling, and cooking processes to ensure all meats and dishes meet our high standards.
Culinary Creativity: Collaborate on menu development, bringing fresh ideas and seasonal inspiration to the table.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and quality during service.
Kitchen Management: Manage inventory, prep schedules, and ingredient quality to minimize waste and maximize flavor.
Consistency & Quality Control: Ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen is perfectly crafted, from our smoked brisket to our signature sides.
Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in line with health and safety standards.
