About The Position

Traffic Plan is hiring full-time Flaggers. No experience is needed as training and certification will be provided. The role involves ensuring traffic moves safely through work zones. Candidates should be dependable, have a valid driver's license, their own reliable transportation, and a solid work ethic. The company offers a $2,000 bonus after 6 months, weekly pay, year-round work, and opportunities for advancement and performance bonuses.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license (required)
• A reliable vehicle (required)
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Comfortable standing 8-12 hours in all weather
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to speak, hear, and understand English to communicate effectively on the job

Responsibilities

• Set up traffic signs and cones
• Direct vehicles safely through work zones
• Communicate with crews using radios and signals
• Monitor for hazards and protect team members
• Occasionally drive company vehicles
