About The Position

Traffic Plan Is Hiring Full-Time Flaggers! Driver's license + reliable vehicle REQUIRED No experience needed - we'll train and certify you! We're looking for dependable people to help keep traffic moving safely through work zones. If you've got a valid license, your own transportation, and a solid work ethic, we want to hear from you. $2,000 bonus after 6 months - paid 30 days later Weekly pay + year-round work Advancement opportunities + performance bonuses

Requirements

• A valid driver's license (required)
• A reliable vehicle (required)
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Comfortable standing 8-12 hours in all weather
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to speak, hear, and understand English to communicate effectively on the job

Responsibilities

• Set up traffic signs and cones
• Direct vehicles safely through work zones
• Communicate with crews using radios and signals
• Monitor for hazards and protect team members
• Occasionally drive company vehicles
