Job Summary As a Flagger / Traffic Control Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient work zones for our crews and the public. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in construction, traffic control, or public safety is a plus.
  • Traffic Control Certification preferred (training available upon hire).

Responsibilities

  • Direct and control traffic in and around construction sites, ensuring safety for workers, motorists, and pedestrians.
  • Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices and signage according to established safety standards.
  • Operate communication and signaling equipment to coordinate movement and relay information among team members.
  • Monitor work zones for potential hazards and proactively report safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to support project goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Participate in regular safety training and adhere to all company and regulatory guidelines.
