Requirements

• Someone confident, upbeat, and good with kids
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable and responsible—you’ll be the leader on the field
• Available on Saturdays at Potter’s House Church in Jacksonville, NC

Nice To Haves

• Experience playing, coaching, or officiating football (bonus points, but not required—we’ll train you!)

Responsibilities

• Ref games in a fun, safe, and positive environment
• Keep the game moving—manage time, score, and rules
• Be a role model who teaches teamwork and good sportsmanship
• Work with other refs and coaches to make game day run smoothly
• Help players (ages 5–14) have a great experience
• Act as substitute coach when the assigned coach has to miss a game
