Requirements
- Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.
- Must be self-motivated and able to think on your feet.
- You are available to work all 7 Saturdays of the season.
Nice To Haves
- You know football (playing, coaching, or officiating experience is a plus!).
- You can talk to players, coaches, and parents with respect and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, fair, and fun game environment for youth athletes.
- Help kids learn the rules and the importance of sportsmanship.
- Manage game clocks, keep scores, and make the right calls with confidence.
