Rhode Island Credit Union has been serving members since 1946 and is a successful and growing financial institution. This position is a great opportunity for a service-oriented, self-motivated individual who enjoys working with the public. The Member Service Representative (MSR) will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient service to members and handling all transactions relating to loans, deposit accounts, and other member service-related activities. Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the MSR must provide detailed information to members and potential members about all Credit Union products and services and appropriately cross-sell these services. The role also includes performing the duties and responsibilities of a Teller, Experienced Teller, or Head Teller, and the person is required to perform these duties at any Credit Union location as assigned. The position offers competitive compensation with opportunities for advancement and annual raises. The starting pay for this position is $15.08 per hour, with the potential to earn $20.10 per hour based on experience and performance.
