The Member Service Representative (MSR) will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient service to members and handling all transactions relating to loans, deposit accounts, and other member service-related activities. Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the MSR must provide detailed information to members and potential members about all Credit Union products and services and appropriately cross-sell these services. The role also includes performing the duties and responsibilities of a Teller, Experienced Teller, or Head Teller, and the person is required to perform these duties at any Credit Union location as assigned. The position offers competitive compensation with opportunities for advancement and annual raises.
