Under the supervision of the Manager, Donor Records and Registration, serves visitors and donors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately. Assures compliance by registering donors and completing data entry per the Registration SOPs. Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, assisting in appointment reminder calls and sending and receiving incoming and outgoing mail.
