About The Position

Do you love cars and have a passion for driving? Join our growing Service Department at H+H Chevy as a Valet in the Fixed Operation Support Agent role. In this cross-functional role, you will assist in a variety of areas within the Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn about dealership operations. In a State-of-the-Art facility! The Fixed Operations Support Agent is a utility role responsible for assisting with activities in all areas of the Service and Parts Departments while providing excellent Customer Service in the following roles: Valet Attend to Customers as they wait for a Service Advisor. Shuttle/Parts Driver Pickup and drop-off Customers as requested. Assist in the Parts Department with delivering parts in the store or to other locations. Vehicle Pickup and Delivery Follow procedures to document vehicle condition at both the time of pickup and drop-off. Service Drive Greeter Greet incoming Customers and use schedules to properly direct them to appropriate areas for Service Advisors. Rental Agent Coordinate vehicle availability and work closely with the Service and Sales Departments. Schedule: Hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm with a rotating Saturday, 8 am - 1 pm. Pay $17

Requirements

  • A clean driving record.
  • Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
  • Ability to walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout a shift.
  • Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. throughout the day.
  • High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
  • Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to Customers as they wait for a Service Advisor.
