Requirements

Four to ten years in related experience, supported by education or equivalent training
Strong language skills
Ability to interpret complex documents and handle sensitive issues
Proficiency in mathematical skills, including calculating figures and applying algebraic concepts
Reasoning abilities to define problems, analyze data, and draw valid conclusions
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications
I-CAR Certificate of Advanced Training
Relevant manufacturer training
Valid driver's license
