As the Fixed Operations Director at Phil Long Dealerships, you will manage the efficient and profitable operation of our service, parts, and body shop departments. Requirements

  • Four to ten years in related experience, supported by education or equivalent training
  • Strong language skills
  • Ability to interpret complex documents and handle sensitive issues
  • Proficiency in mathematical skills, including calculating figures and applying algebraic concepts
  • Reasoning abilities to define problems, analyze data, and draw valid conclusions
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications
  • I-CAR Certificate of Advanced Training
  • Relevant manufacturer training
  • Valid driver's license
