Role Summary The accelerated three-week internship program engages MBAs before entering their first year of business school and is a great way to get immersed in a research project, network and learn from seasoned investment professionals.
Requirements
- 1st year MBAs who are enrolled, or will be enrolled by this Fall, in a 2-year program graduating in May 2028
Nice To Haves

- Strong background in finance and accounting (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in working with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Intellectual curiosity
- Disciplined approach to analysis
Responsibilities
- Conduct fundamental credit research and perform hands-on fieldwork.
- Receive mentoring from experienced analysts and portfolio managers.
- Engage with company management.
- Make a call; initiate on one stock, or a credit/bond.
- Present your findings.
- Internship culminates in a final presentation aimed at communicating recommendation to our analysts and portfolio managers.
