About The Position
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of Line Professionals to ensure exceptional customer service and safety in airport operations. This role involves direct management of operational staff, training and development of new hires, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. The Operations Manager will work closely with the General Manager to enhance operational efficiency and foster a positive work culture focused on safety and quality service.
