THE ROLE Reporting to the Director of Fixed Assets Accounting, within the GCN - Finance team, this Fixed Asset manager will: Manage and support corporate and operational project accounting function for Global tech and including project set up, budget, spend and capital expenditure reporting; Manage corporate reporting and analysis requests such as depreciation forecasting, CIP reporting metrics, BU reporting, etc. Perform deep-dive analysis and reasonability reviews as needed Manage and support asset accounting function and ensure accurate account of company capital assets through asset life cycle management (record, depreciate, report, track, report, and dispose) including appropriate classification, useful life, and method of depreciation; Partner with BU, Global Groups and Corporate to ensure accurate and timely project information is captured and reported; Review and support the preparation of period and quarterly financial reports and schedules including continuity schedules; Participate in project management on interdepartmental upgrades within fixed assets and other groups; Apply internal controls according to SOX and assist with internal and external audits. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in team supervision.
  • Excellent proficiency in office tools like Excel and Word
  • Detail-oriented, autonomous, and proactive
  • Ability to prioritize effectively while meeting deadlines
  • Intuitive ability for optimization
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on achieving results and fostering collaboration

Nice To Haves

  • A master’s degree or a professional certification such as CPA preferred.
