About The Position
All Starz Children's Academy is a family-owned and operated preschool with campuses in Apex, Cary, and Morrisville. We are seeking a dedicated full-time Assistant Teacher to join our Sophomore Program, specifically working with our two-year-old students at our Cary Campus. This role is essential in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young learners. As an Assistant Teacher, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Teacher, Floaters, and Directors to ensure that each child's day is enjoyable, safe, and filled with excitement. We are looking for someone who possesses a great personality, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. A four-year degree in any field is required, and previous experience working with children, whether in a professional or personal capacity, is highly valued. In this position, you will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans that align with our school-wide curriculum while also allowing for your unique creative input. You will provide feedback to parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress, fostering a strong connection between home and school. We are looking for a creative teacher who genuinely enjoys working with young children and can bring energy and enthusiasm to the classroom. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
