About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Supports the store with weekly coverage needs and backs up the manager to ensure overall expectations are being met and followed.
• Sets up, produces, and serves coffee, specialty drinks, smoothies, and baked goods.
• Represents Five Lakes Coffee in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner with all customer and employee interactions.
• Greets customers courteously and interacts with them to ensure satisfaction.
• Resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Serves customer beverage orders quickly and accurately with a customer-first focus.
• Relays relevant comments and concerns from customers to the leadership team.
• Assists with inventory management and ordering supplies.
