About The Position

The Fitness Trainer will lead both group fitness classes and personal training sessions for Members. Fitness Trainers must be able to demonstrate and observe technique and form and offer corrective measures to improve their abilities. Fitness Trainers must also use their knowledge of exercise science and nutrition to counsel Members on a one-on-one basis and curate individualized fitness plans that are tailored to each person's physical ability and goal setting as well as answer their questions about the fitness center equipment, products, and programming offered as well as general health and wellness related questions.

  • Ability to modify exercises for different fitness levels of clients.
  • Good verbal and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Experience in providing massages.
  • Experience in fitness training or related fields.
