The Trainer at Planet Fitness is responsible for running the group fitness program known as PE@PF. This role involves assisting new members in achieving their fitness goals by designing simple workout programs and instructing them on the proper use of equipment. The Trainer will conduct and manage the PE@PF program, create schedules, and consult with members about their fitness aspirations. Additionally, the Trainer will promote class sign-ups creatively and provide bi-weekly updates with various exercises. The position also includes front desk responsibilities such as answering phones, checking members in, signing up new members, giving tours to potential members, and updating member account information. The Trainer must respond to member inquiries professionally and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the club.
