Yellowstone Club's Health & Wellness department is currently seeking candidates for a Fitness Supervisor for the upcoming summer season! Our Summer employment dates are May - September. The purpose of the Fitness Supervisor is to provide professional, efficient, friendly and happy service for our Members and guests of Yellowstone Club, eventually enhancing, creating and realizing all revenue and profit opportunities. As well as support the management team through recruiting, training, motivating and leading the fitness spa attendant and fitness instructor personnel.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent education required.
• At least two years in a top resort/spa operation preferred.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Able to perform basic computer skills and willing to be trained on specific spa, salon & fitness software.
• Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to solve basic problems and/or know when it is necessary to get a manager to assist in problem solving.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment.
• Display hospitality and professionalism to our Members at all times.
• Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team Members.
• Exhibit a professional attitude and handle difficult situations.
• Uphold and ensure gracious front desk procedures.
• Be knowledgeable in regards to all Fitness services, activities, pricing, and other services provided by YC Spa, Salon & Fitness.
• Professionally exhibit proper telephone etiquette with guests.
• Enthusiastically serve guests in a timely manner.
• Practice all sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Proactively maintain cleanliness standards in all areas of the Fitness, Spa, Salon and Retail.
• Professionally take and confirm reservations for all services.
• Answer all incoming calls in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Possess an ability to effectively sell and upsell.
• Provide support to the Fitness Management team through excellent communication and business analysis.
• Assist in developing procedures for accurate inventory control.
• Assist in developing and maintaining gracious and efficient Fitness Front Desk and Reservations procedures.
• Anticipate, identify and ensure customer needs are being met.
• Work with the Fitness Manager to develop a recruitment kit.
• Implement ongoing skills training to ensure service standards are being upheld.
• Ensure timely completion of all supervisory duties.
• Supervise Coordinating staff and assist with training.
