About The Position

Club Pilates Cypress is looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Studio Manager to lead our studio operations and team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for someone passionate about fitness and experienced in sales and leadership. You will be responsible for driving revenue, overseeing day-to-day operations, and creating a welcoming, high-performance studio culture. We're a locally owned studio backed by the national Club Pilates brand. We care deeply about helping people feel stronger and more confident through Pilates - and we're building a community around that mission here in Irvine.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or boutique studios
• Previous team leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Club Pilates or other Xponential Fitness brands is a bonus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in person and on the phone
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with studio management systems
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, package, private training, and retail sales to meet and exceed studio revenue goals
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and Pilates instructors
• Oversee daily studio operations, including class schedules, staffing, and cleanliness
• Execute grassroots marketing strategies and build local partnerships
• Create an outstanding experience for every client and prospective member
• Represent the Club Pilates brand and studio values in your daily work
