Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or retail experience required.
• 1 year of fitness sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to use computer systems (POS, CRM) effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create an amazing experience.
• Communicating with prospective new members to understand their needs and providing appropriate membership recommendations.
• Selling memberships, class packages, and retail products to help achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Organizing and assisting in the operational success of fitness classes, including creating seating charts and assisting with check-in.
• Maintaining cleanliness standards in and around the studio, including cleaning the lobby and studio equipment.
• Conducting lead management activities, including follow-up calls with prospective new members.
• Supporting the brand's referral program by inviting community members to bring friends and family.
• Participating in new member outreach activities and field marketing events.
