Fitness Studio Coordinator
About The Position
Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, our team is in search of an energetic and attentive part-time Studio Coordinator to join our group fitness team. Having customer service experience with a passion for health, wellness, and fitness is important, and retail experience is a plus! Requirements
- Availability to work Sundays 8:30 am to 2 pm with flexibility to work other weekday morning and/or afternoon shifts (current open shifts include Mondays 9 am to 1 pm and Wednesdays 4 pm to 8 pm)
- Customer service and/or retail experience - fitness studio experience a plus but not required
- An attentive & energetic personality - excited to meet new people and welcome them
- A self-starter mentality - goal driven and able to work autonomously
- Detail oriented with excellent communication and organization skills, and effective computer skills
- Ability to reliably commute to work in Bee Cave

Responsibilities
- Greeting and providing excellent customer service to all HCI members and guests
- Pre-class and post-class outreach to all first-time class participants
- Cleanliness and pre/post-class upkeep of all STUDIO classrooms and facilities
- Assisting members and guests with class booking requests and adjustments
- Updating member and guest accounts
- Assisting instructors with any setup or other operational requests
- Apparel and merchandise sales and inventory
