Job Description:
Promote a high energy, fast paced, welcoming atmosphere for all FITWORKS members.
Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators, including membership sales, membership retention, personal training and rehab and recovery wellness solutions.
Front of Club Management including:
Member services requests.
Outbound sales calls with prospects originated by lead generation software.
Direct incoming inquires via phone, e-mail and text.
Maintain a clean working environment, including assisting in sanitation efforts as needed.
Monitor inventory needs throughout the Club.
