About The Position

The Fitness Sales & Member Experience Associate supports the General Manager with new membership sales, member retention, and delivering an exceptional in-studio experience. This role is the heartbeat of our community—welcoming new students, guiding class selections, answering membership questions, and assisting with retail transactions to ensure every visit feels personal and positive. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, builds relationships naturally, and brings daily excitement to interacting with the YogaSix team, members, and the broader Wexford community. This role also includes supporting overall studio cleanliness and organization to uphold our high standards. Candidates with experience in fitness, yoga, healthcare, customer service, retail, or sales are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service abilities
  • A positive, high-energy attitude and genuine desire to help others live well
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in person, phone, text, email)
  • Enthusiasm for connecting with new people through events and community engagement
  • Dependability under pressure with strong time-management skills
  • Proficiency with computers and digital tools
  • Comfort traveling locally for studio events
  • Availability for trainings and special events
  • Candidates must be able to: Sit or stand for extended periods (up to four hours) Reach, bend, lift, kneel, and climb stairs as needed Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds Participate in studio classes to understand offerings and make informed recommendations Maintain required vision capabilities: close, distance, peripheral, depth, focus Reliably travel to YogaSix Wexford Hear effectively in person and over the phone

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, follow-up, and membership enrollment
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Represent YogaSix at grassroots and community events (health fairs, farmers markets, wellness events, hospital partnerships, etc.)
  • Conduct studio tours and build rapport to convert prospects into members
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of all programs, products, and pricing
  • Support the studio’s mission as a premier fitness and wellness provider
  • Book high-quality appointments to support sales goals
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting studio environment
  • Continue developing your sales and relationship-building skills
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned
