About The Position

CycleBar Sugar Land is currently seeking a high-energy, passion-filled, and sales-motivated individual who is fitness-minded and has a love for community and our brand! The ideal Sales Manager will oversee sales and actively manage membership sales while supporting the General Manager (GM) on sales-related efforts both inside and outside the studio. This role is crucial in generating leads from grassroots initiatives to digital media, converting these leads, and retaining them as members, as well as booking them into classes. The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting planned goals, overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of sales associates. When in the studio, the Sales Manager will support the GM in overseeing operations, ensuring that the studio runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong focus on driving membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts, as well as regular training sessions with sales associates to discuss strategies for assisted sales and ongoing improvement. Additionally, the Sales Manager will schedule and participate in networking and community events, support the GM with marketing campaigns to generate leads, manage daily reports and check-ins with the owner, and assist with various sales and event efforts. The role also includes managing the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects, conducting tours of the facility, and participating in special events to promote the club. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights and weekends.
