The Fitness Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience personally and through Coach’s supervision. This role focuses on delivering excellent member service and driving Private Training & Supplement revenue. Key responsibilities include addressing member concerns, handling employee relations issues, and overseeing scheduling and time-keeping activities. The manager is also tasked with communicating and enforcing Company and Club policies and procedures. A primary objective is the successful attainment of revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements. This position requires 7-day-a-week availability, including both morning and night shifts.
