Requirements

  • Two or more years of sales or leadership experience (fitness, retail, or commission-based preferred)
  • Proven record of hitting or exceeding aggressive goals
  • Strong closer and communicator who leads by example
  • Comfortable adapting to change and cultivating innovation
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and developing others
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily sales process, including calls, texts, tours, and closings
  • Drive revenue through memberships, personal training, and accountability programs
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Execute outreach and marketing campaigns to strengthen community engagement
  • Collaborate with ownership to create and launch new offers and promotions
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and adjust strategy for consistent growth
  • Maintain a professional, fun, and motivating atmosphere for members and staff
  • Represent the club's mission, culture, and commitment to excellence
