About The Position
The Fitness Sales Concierge is responsible for managing, overseeing, and providing the Red-Carpet sales experience. This includes lead generation and club outreach, appointment setting and facility touring, new member orientation and assessments, and driving sales for memberships, supplements, personal training, and club amenities. Additionally, the role involves generating and acquiring corporate sales and Perx Advertising partnerships, reporting and managing daily KPIs, and onboarding, training, and managing the front desk team through the sales processes.
