About The Position

Then this role is for you! Stretch Zone Miami Beach (studios in North Beach and South Beach) is looking for a part-time Fitness Associate to join our team on weekday from 8 am – 2 pm. New hires must take an online PAID stretch certification course and pass before attending a mandatory PAID on-site course in the Fort Lauderdale corporate office (lasting two days either Monday and Tuesday OR Thursday and Friday from 8 am - 5 pm daily.) Stretch Zone provides clients Flex-ability for Life® by using a proprietary stretching method and a patented stabilization system. Stretch Zone seeks to improve client health and wellness. Stretch Zone facilities offer a welcoming environment, knowledgeable staff, and comfortable equipment, all of which allow clients to relax and fully benefit from our methods. Stretch Zone uses a patented strap system and proprietary tables to stabilize muscles, our certified stretch practitioners deliver a life-changing stretch experience. Requirements

A fitness enthusiast with a background in personal training, physical therapy, kinesiology, stretching, yoga, or pilates
Someone with proven sales experience, outgoing, driven, and motivated by sales and commissions
Excited about making a difference in the lives of others through health and wellness
Looking to thrive in a fun, open environment
Schedule: Up to 30 hours per week with availability on weekdays 8 am - 2 pm.
Must have reliable private transportation to work from our North Beach and South Beach studios plus commute to paid off-site events.

Responsibilities

Provides our client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
Serves clients, as well as maintains and reinforces the culture of Stretch Zone in all activities. Our clients are given an individualized program that suits their specific needs.
Keeps clients on schedule with their programs.
Helps the team clean and maintain the store.
Partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all clients.
