About The Position

D1 Training is an athletic-based training fitness franchise that is quickly gaining nationwide attention. We help people of all ages accomplish their personal goals on & off the field. Due to our recent growth in our Gainesville location, we are looking to add more “A-Players” to our team! This position is focused on: Making a large volume of outgoing calls from inbound leads (100+ per shift) Rapid response to new inquiries Constant and consistent follow-up via call, text, and email Setting in-person appointments Confirming appointments to drive high show rates Maintaining accurate data tracking in our CRM Supporting marketing events and local outreach efforts (as needed) You are the bridge between interest and action. Your job is to connect, build trust, and get people through our doors so our coaching team can take it from there. Must be a self-motivated, team-oriented person with a passion for sports/fitness. Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. You show up early with high energy and excitement to change lives. You immediately begin confirming your appointments for the day. You send personalized text confirmations and quick videos to boost show rates. Because of this effort, the appointment calendar stays full. You have new leads from yesterday who didn’t schedule. You call, text, and email — because you know follow-up wins. You work your lead list, re-engage old prospects, and reach out to local businesses or community partners. Before leaving, you ensure all data tracking is updated and tomorrow’s appointments are confirmed. You leave knowing you gave maximum effort to every lead and helped move multiple families one step closer to their goals.

Requirements

  • Is always high-energy (even at 5 am & 5 pm)
  • Is great at talking with people and building rapport
  • Isn’t afraid to answer the phone & talk to strangers
  • Isn’t afraid of making 100+ calls per shift
  • Calls new leads within 60 seconds of opting into ads
  • Relentlessly follows up with leads until they schedule
  • Loves setting appointments and maximizing show rates
  • Loyal, hard-working, self-starter
  • Always follows through & never misses a deadline
  • Believes that being early = on-time
  • Can “wear multiple hats”
  • Coachable team player!
  • Must be a self-motivated, team-oriented person with a passion for sports/fitness.
