You will participate in the operation and success of a fast-paced fitness studio, and build relationships with Body20 members and the community in order to help maintain and build a member base and you will be responsible for providing our members with a best-in-class customer experience. Requirements

Not afraid to call people on the phone, speak to people, or cold call
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
Passion for health and wellness
Team player
Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays - We will have off-site, but local, events also!
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong follow-up for leads and organizational skills
Ability to take 1-2 Body20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.
Willing to work and be successful in a quota driven model
Willing and able to work some nights, and occasional weekends
Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.
Ability to commute/relocate: Tempe, AZ 85284: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

Achieving monthly quota for introducing new members
Not afraid to make phone calls, speak to people, and cold call
Assist in generating organic leads in the community through community events, building partnerships, and driving brand awareness
Participate in local community events and pop-ups to promote the BODY20 brand
Assist in building community business relationships and partnership when needed
Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members and superior customer service to keep long-term members.
