About The Position

Are you outgoing, driven, and motivated by commissions? Stretch Zone South Beach is looking for a part-time Fitness Sales Associate to join our team on weekdays from 2 pm - 8:30 pm. Requirements

Strong business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience (not retail).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, organization, and people skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable with CRM systems.
Passion for fitness, health, or wellness.
Ability to work evening shifts during the week (up to 8:30 pm)
Must have your own private vehicle to travel to and from offsite events

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
Ability to work weekends from 9 am - 4 pm is a plus (not a requirement)

Responsibilities

Drive membership sales inside and outside the studio.
Engage potential clients and explain the benefits of assisted stretching.
Call and follow up with leads to book first-time sessions.
Build strong client relationships and recommend tailored memberships.
Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and consultations.
Support studio operations by greeting guests, answering phones, and assisting with scheduling.
Represent Stretch Zone at off-site events to generate leads.
Ensure excellent client experiences in collaboration with stretch practitioners.
