Fitness Professional Part Time
About The Position
Are you interested in making a different in the fitness, health, and wellness industry? Stretch Zone South Beach is seeking fitness enthusiasts with a background in personal training, physical therapy, kinesiology, stretching, yoga, or pilates to join our amazing team as part-time stretch specialists. You thrive in a fun, open environment and have a foundational knowledge of body mechanics. This opportunity includes a paid stretch certification course! You must be able to commute to our corporate Ft. Lauderdale office for 2 consecutive days from 8 am - 5 pm as part of the certification requirements. Using our patented equipment, Stretch Zone practitioners follow specific protocols to help our members enjoy an increase in athletic performance, range of motion, reduced stiffness, and improved reaction time. We're located in Miami Beach (zip code 33139) Located in the heart of Miami Beach, Stretch Zone North Beach is proud to serve a dynamic and diverse community—and we’re equally proud of the talented team that makes it all possible. Our certified Stretch Practitioners bring a wealth of knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and movement science. We actively recruit professionals with backgrounds in: Personal training Physical therapy Massage therapy Yoga and dance EMT and first response Competitive athletics, including basketball and Jiu-Jitsu These aren’t just preferred qualifications—they represent the real credentials of our growing team. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
Requirements
- A strong interest in fitness and healthy living
- Education or experience related to exercise science, kinesiology, or hands-on bodywork (a requirement)
- Ability to complete both in-person and online training
- Motivation to support clients in reaching personal wellness goals
- Enthusiastic energy and a team spirit
- Dependable private transportation
Nice To Haves
- Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF

- Backgrounds in massage therapy, yoga and dance, EMT and first response, competitive athletics including basketball and Jiu-Jitsu
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through customized assisted-stretch sessions based on company training and certification
- Evaluate individual needs to select appropriate techniques and routines
- Deliver a welcoming, high-quality customer experience every day
- Ensure treatment areas and the studio remain clean and organized
- Support member engagement through outreach to current and prospective clients
