The Personal Trainer at Club Fit is responsible for actively selling, marketing, and promoting personal training sessions and programs. This role involves planning, organizing, and implementing high-quality personal training sessions to ensure an outstanding experience for clients. The Personal Trainer will market themselves on the fitness floor, perform orientations, interact with members, and complete appropriate workout documentation for each member at the end of every personal training session. Follow-ups with clients and actively seeking referrals are essential components of this position. In addition to client interaction, the Personal Trainer will evaluate member baseline data and design exercise programs tailored to each client's needs and goals while prioritizing their well-being. The role requires presenting opportunities for client re-evaluation and providing adequate documentation on each client. Attention to detail is crucial, as adherence to program procedures and Club Fit policies regarding payment, billing, and medical releases is expected. If a client's needs exceed the trainer's scope of experience or knowledge, they must refer the client to a medical professional or a specialized Personal Trainer. The Personal Trainer is also responsible for achieving customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term client retention in alignment with the company's vision and values. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. The position requires maintaining a professional attitude, appearance, and genuine hospitality while being knowledgeable about all Club Fit programs and schedules, not limited to personal training. Continuous education and compliance training are mandatory, and the trainer must maintain current certifications such as CPR and AED, as well as a National Personal Trainer Certification or a fitness-related degree.
