About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fitness Manager to oversee the operations of three high-attention gyms, for a high-profile athletic company in Beaverton, Oregon. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 40 employees across these locations, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction. This role requires excellent people management skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fitness management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing multiple locations and large teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Certification in fitness training or related areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of 40 employees, including gym/locker room attendants, cleaners.
• Ensure smooth daily operations across all three gyms, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, exceptional experiences, safety, and customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Track and analyze gym performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve goals.
• Oversee budget planning and financial management, ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing revenue.
• Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise among staff or clients in a professional and timely manner.
