We've relocated to a newly renovated space designed to showcase our vibrant group fitness classes and personalized training services, all delivered by our dedicated and friendly team. Who are we? Provides safe, motivating, and effective individual and group exercise instruction with excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate others in person and virtually. Provides up-to-date quality training and high energy motivation to members and participants in order to maximize participation, outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards.

Requirements

  • Group exercise certification
  • PERSONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATION
  • CPR and AED certification
  • Excellent communication skills, Google Suite, and Canva
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft and Google Suite
  • Maintain all required certifications throughout duration of employment 
  • Show support for company values through participation in Elevation programs and meetings

Nice To Haves

  • BS in Exercise Science or related field a plus
  • Previous experience in personal training and teaching group exercise preferred
  • Life & Nutrition Coaching experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Management skills to oversee any employees/contractors and group exercise instructors, trainers (both on site and virtual)
  • Staff training & communication
  • Coordinate schedules for staff and communicate schedule changes (including holidays)
  • Update staff files on a regular basis with certifications and agreements
  • DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN ONGOING RELATIONSHIPS WITH MEMBERS AND CLASS PARTICIPANTS BY DELIVERING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Floor supervision

  • Coordinating group exercise class schedule and instructors

  • Maintain a clean, safe and orderly facility
  • Assist and make recommendations on equipment management & maintenance
  • Provide individualized, safe, and effective exercise programs and comprehensive member services for all fitness levels
  • Instruct safe and effective group exercise classes ensure class quantity is met based on contract requirements
  • Proactively assist with the inspection of the facility daily and report any cleaning, facility, or equipment issues to appropriate personnel
  • Proactively define areas for self-development and identify the tools and resources needed to address those areas. Work with supervisor to determine the best resources available while meeting all the Elevation Health standards of your current position
  • Meet and support objectives, goals and initiatives of the specific Elevation team 
  • Contribute new ideas, seek internal and external resources to support the goals of the teams 
  • Adheres to timelines, produces quality work, show initiative by taking on team responsibilities 
  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings 
  • Seek out internal/external resources and explore opportunities for professional growth
  • Review company communications and complete action items by established due dates
