Fitness Manager Presale Fitness Manager – High Earning Potential We are offering a performance-based bonus for the presale period, tied directly to personal training and fitness revenue generated before and shortly after opening. How the Bonus Works: 1. Presale Kickoff Bonus Earn $1,500 when the club reaches $15,000 in fitness revenue during presale 2. Ongoing Fitness Manager Bonus (Through October 1, 2026) 100% of this bonus is earned by the Fitness Manager Based on total fitness revenue generated (including recurring dues and fitness services) Bonus Potential (Based on Fitness Revenue): $20,000 revenue = $4,000 bonus $25,000 revenue = $6,000 bonus $30,000 revenue = $10,000 bonus $35,000 revenue = $15,000 bonus $40,000 revenue = $20,000 bonus What This Means for You: You own the fitness business and are rewarded directly for its growth Strong performers can earn significant bonuses in a short period of time This is a high-impact role with direct control over your income potential This role is ideal for a Fitness Manager who is confident in building a training business, leading from the front, and maximizing revenue during a high-growth presale period. Requirements

Certified personal trainer with leadership experience.
Excellent coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a results-driven team.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Current CPR and AED.
Successful personal sales experience (required).

Nice To Haves

Current Certified Personal Trainer certification (preferred).
1-2 years as a personal trainer (preferred).
Prior management experience in the fitness industry, leading 5- 10+ employees (preferred).
