We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel seen, and that they're an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they've left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout. As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties: Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts, Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals, Offering form corrections and exercise options, safety if our priority! Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training and educating our members on its benefits, Knowledge of every piece of equipment and able to demonstrate usage in every workout, Positive attitude and being a team player.
