Baywood Court is a locally owned and operated senior living community in Castro Valley. Our residents are constantly in motion and alive with energy! We are currently looking for a fitness instructor to lead classes for our active residents. This is a contractor position which pays $40-50 per session. The instructor will be responsible for preparing and leading classes designed for the senior population, with the ability to modify exercises based on the residents’ individual activity levels. The following classes are taught on Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Group Exercise: 9:30 am – 10:00 am, 10:00am- 10:30am Aqua Aerobics: 10:00 am – 10:30 am The following class is taught on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: Sit and Stretch: 10:45 am – 11:15 am
