Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
• Grow the member base through sales and superior customer service.
• Promote the HOTWORX brand in the community through outreach and local events.
• Motivate and lead the membership sales team to achieve personal sales goals.
• Facilitate weekly and monthly staff meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the HOTWORX Uniform Policy.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and strive for 5-star online ratings.
• Recruit and interview staff according to franchisee criteria.
• Prepare daily operational checklists for monitoring.
• Train all Trainer Sales Associates according to HOTWORX training material.
• Create and maintain a monthly staff schedule including training and promotional initiatives.
• Set and monitor individual sales goals for employees.
• Provide creative ideas to motivate employees and keep them focused on goals.
• Complete performance evaluations for employees after 30, 90 days, and annually.
