Our ideal candidate is a dynamic, energetic, talented team player who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has previous experience. Responsible for all food and beverage operations at the Athletic Center Grill outlet. Supervising a team of 25-35 service staff with operational support and supervisor level POS functions. Be able to effectively and efficiently set up and execute Fitness Grill Operations. Ensure that all Service and Guest interactions meet Flying Horse hospitality standards. Scheduling and managing all FOH positions. Adherence to labor budgets. Manage communication between BOH and guest facing personnel. Must be able to lift and carry minimum of 50 lbs. It is the duty of all Food & Beverage personnel to promote and manage a seamless line of communication between all staff and members. Problem solves operational issues which may arise with regards to food production and service.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
- Must be detail oriented, accurate and possess good organizational abilities and be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale operations is preferred.
- Must possess a high level of customer service skills and strong oral communication skills.
- Competency in dealing with members and fellow employees under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy.
- Must possess the ability to work effectively under time deadlines.
- Must be able to lift and carry minimum of 50 lbs.
