About The Position

Join Denver Country Club and be the welcoming face of our community! We’re seeking a friendly, proactive Front Desk Assistant to support daily operations, maintain a safe and organized environment, and enhance the member experience in our Fitness department. This role reports directly to and assists the Fitness & Wellness Manager.

Requirements

• Work Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Fitness front desk experience required
• Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, move, and assist on the fitness floor for extended periods
• Ability to safely lift and move weights and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Other Requirements: Minimum age 18; background check required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across the fitness floor and all club areas.
• Conduct member orientations, perform safety checks, and ensure adherence to all gym policies and procedures.
• Process invoices from personal trainers and group class instructors accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, promptly report maintenance or safety concerns, and communicate recommendations for improvement to management.
• Positively represent Denver Country Club by promoting the club’s values, services, and fitness community.
