It offers a variety of group exercise classes, personalized training sessions, and a vibrant community that prioritizes health and fitness. As an employee, you’ll enjoy full gym access.

Requirements

  • CPR and AED required
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in personal training, customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • GREET EACH MEMBER AND GUEST AS THEY ENTER THE GYM
  • ENROLL NEW MEMBERS AND HANDLE GUEST SIGN-UPS BY ASSIGNING ALL NECESSARY PAPERWORK AND COLLECTING PAYMENT INFORMATION
  • ANSWER INQUIRIES ABOUT THE GYM VIA IN-PERSON OR PHONE
  • Offer center tours and free trials to potential members
  • Assist with center marketing and other day-to-day operations of the gym
  • Floor supervision and equipment cleaning
  • Enforcement of rules and regulations
  • Assist members with accessing Virtual Workouts (Elevation Live and Elevation Station)
  • Offer ideas for Wellness Initiatives (bulletin boards, newsletters, lunch n learns)
  • Collaborate with staff on ideas for Incentive Programming and Health Promotion
  • Awareness of emergency protocols and implementation when necessary
