About The Position

🏋️‍♀️ Make a Difference Through Fitness at the Beverly YMCA! 🏋️‍♂️ Are you passionate about wellness and ready to help others reach their goals? If you’re someone who loves staying active and wants to inspire healthy living, we’d love to have you on our team! As Fitness Floor Staff, you’ll support members and program participants in a welcoming and energized environment. Your day-to-day will include greeting members, keeping equipment clean and safe, demonstrating exercises and machines, and promoting additional fitness programs. You’ll also give tours to prospective members and answer questions about our offerings—helping everyone feel supported and connected.
