OPEN POSITIONS: FITNESS FLOOR ASSOCIATE – $16.43/hour Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 18 years of age is required High School Diploma preferred Minimum of one-year experience in customer service or wellness field preferred YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification (completed within 60 days of hire) Available Shifts: Monday - Friday 5:15am - 9:15am Saturday - Sunday 7:00am - 3:00pm
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age is required
- High School Diploma preferred
- Minimum of one-year experience in customer service or wellness field preferred
- YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification (completed within 60 days of hire)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
