About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Fitness Equipment Maintenance Associate to help support the upkeep of gym equipment across the New England region. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and interested in learning equipment maintenance through hands-on experience and in-house training.
The Maintenance Associate will assist with routine maintenance, complete assigned work orders, and support basic repairs and part replacements, with access to technical support as needed.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Comfort using basic hand tools (training provided)
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel

Nice To Haves

• Prior maintenance or mechanical experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance and inspections on fitness equipment
• Complete assigned work orders, including basic repairs and approved part replacements
• Identify equipment issues and report findings to the support team
• Document completed work orders and service details
• Maintain a professional and courteous presence at customer locations
• Follow safety guidelines, maintenance procedures, and training standards
• Travel to service locations within the New England area, including overnight stays as needed
